The Owl’s Inn Embroidery Studio is a small but busy studio. We offer day and evening classes in all forms of hand embroidery, knitting and crochet.  We also have a craft group which is fondly known as the Triple C Group (Craft, Coffee and Chat).  Supplies to support a wide range of hand embroidery techniques are also available.

 The studio distributes the full range of embroidery kits designed by Ruth Marshall of Penrith. Currently she is working on a range of "Pattern Kits" for her most popular items, these will be added to the site as they become available.  

  Margaret Morrin owns the Studio.  The Studio was the compilation of a twenty-five year dream when it’s doors opened in July 1995 in the Calokerinos Arcade, Penrith. Due to economic downturns etc, it was decided in May 1997, to close the shop front and take the studio home.  The Studio has operated at it’s current address since July 1997 and celebrated it's 12th birthday on the 5th July, 2007.

  Margaret is assisted by Ruth Marshall and Leonie Jones, two trained teachers, both having worked for TAFE before the closure of the Needlework section in 1996.

  If your are coming to Sydney and would like to call in for a class or just to check out what we have to offer. Please feel free to email or ring with your date/s.  We can arrange transport from Penrith Railway Station for those who need it.
